プログラムをしていたときと似ている。上手くいかないからといって、考え込んでいるよりは、上手くいかない様子を、何度も条件を変えて観察することが大事だ。これをやっても上手くいかない、これを変えても同じか、では、これを変えたらどうだ？　という具合に。バグを探す作業というのは、プログラミングの一番の醍醐味だと思う。追い詰めていく過程はとてもエキサイティングだ。
